1 lb. 6oz. of gourmet caramel icing comes sealed in a bowl ready to use. Just microwave for 1 to 2 minutes stiring approximately ever 15 seconds and spread over your favorite cake. You can also make candy and many other recipes with this icing. To make pralines just microwave a little longer and add vanilla and pecans and spoon onto wax paper. Taste just like grandma's but without the work. Will last approximately 6 months on the shelf or can be frozen.
