We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your order may be returned for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
• Customer received the item damaged or defective.
• Incorrect item was shipped.
• Seals on bottles are not broken.
  

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Items not returnable are:

• Opened items from our pharmacy and food items.
• Beauty and skincare products.

All return orders should have a return authorization number.

Simply send us an e-mail at returns@mcgeesgiftshop.com with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:

• Your name.
• Reason for return.
• Order number on your invoice.
• What you would like us to do (refund or exchange).
  

Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via e-mail. This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. Complete the return form sent with your order. Include the RA# and ship to:
